Ive called many times. Pingtest is always giving packet loss. Sometimes a page wont change and I have to refresh multiple times. It appears my issue is with my upstream. My power was like -11ish on all channels so I decided to remove my dmark from the line since it hasnt been used in 6-7years. Barrel connecter at that and the downstream power came to this. Which as far as I know 0dBmV would be perfect in that number correct? SNR is the same. Upstream power dropped from 37-38 to what you see here. I did read that this number you want lower so I did gain in some places here. Any ideas for me?

I would like to note that I cant ever get above 0.4mbit upload. It has been this way for 6 months or so now that ive noticed. So I know its not a temporary issue.
