Motorola SB6141 problems with Cox Internet

Having ongoing issues with Cox internet in AZ. Hope someone can help point me in the right direction on this. Backstory: past 4-5 months internet has gotten worse, with many modem restarts and frequent need to hard reboot. Multiple online chats with Cox tech support and 2 field support visits and we're still having problems. Efforts so far have been to address cables and splitters. We had an issue with upstream power levels hitting 50+ dBmV. We found an old splitter on the outside of the house that wasn't terminated properly and we had some questions on the coax quality. So we had Cox come out and check the lines. I wasn't there when Cox was out, but they addressed the outside splitter issue and replaced the inside coax running from wall to splitter. After this the power levels improved a bit, but were still hovering around 50 dBmV. We then looked more at in-house line and removed an old/cheap splitter replaced it with a PCT Genesys 2-way Mini 1Ghz Splitter and new quad shield RG6. Since doing this the upstream power levels have consistently kept below 50 dBmV (current signals attached). So we are still having problems with a lot of T3s (log attached) and occasional need to reboot. Other efforts: - replaced power strip with new surge protector (just seemed like a good karma thing to do) - Spoke to neighbors who also have Cox internet with a drop off the same pole. They said that they haven't been having any problems. Any suggestions on where to look next would be greatly appreciated! --- More modem info --- Model Name: SB6141 Vendor Name: Motorola Firmware Name: SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.14-SCM01-NOSH Boot Version: PSPU-Boot(25CLK) 1.0.12.18m3 Hardware Version: 7.0 Serial Number: 374781314722276209020022 Firmware Build Time: Mar 6 2014 15:23:55 --- Log --- --- Signal --- [att=1]
