I noticed yesterday my internet was absolutely horrible, my son was telling me gaming was a no go due to lag. Sure enough the 200/20 connection was pulling down like 6/0.01 megabit. I checked the modem page and saw one upstream missing. We rebooted the modem and it took forever to sync up again, like 15 minutes or more. I didn't have time to call it into Cox at the time but about 30 minutes later I saw things were fine again on speeds and pings. One of the 4 upstream channels were still missing though. Even though I don't appear to be having issues with things, how can you easily report this to support? Would it be easier to have a tech here on the forum submit something? No offense, but I dread having to call first level support and explain this to them.
