What the subject line says. I have a SB6190 and ongoing issues. Cox has done most everything they can do; we're either looking at an intermittent noise issue or my SB6190 is a lemon. Cox is bringing out their own modem to test. Assuming that fixes the problem I'll be in the market for a new modem.
Suggestions are welcome. I would like to stay away from Arris if possible; they left a bad taste in my mouth when it took FIVE phone calls to get them to even troubleshoot my problem and now they expect me to pony up the shipping for a $150 modem that's less than two months old just to have it warranted. :mad:
