My service hasn't been functioning well at all for the past few months. I've had several tech visits, they added a moca filter saying it would fix the problem but it didn't. They replaced the line from the drop outside my house, no luck. I have consistent issues with error codes on both my cable box and modem, it's actally happening right now.
I'm already having to use my phone for Internet service most of the day because my internet, TV, and telephone service decides to discontinue functioning. That's a very expensive venture on Verizon, even with my 25% discount. However, if I swapped all of my data to Verizon or T-Mobile, that $250 a month would cover well in excess of my data usage for the month. That's my only other option.

I asked billing for a credit because my service only functions a maximum of 9 hours a day (I've logged it) and they offered $25. -_- I have a disease similar to ALS and every time I call tech support they have me running all over the house to restart devices and check cables the hundred-thousandth time, so every tech support call puts me down for days. I hope I have better luck on here because I don't have the strength to keep restarting my modem and television device.
I'd appreciate any help.
