Saw the article below, and the first thing I thought was "that will never come to cable", but then I asked myself why. Why does Cox and cable providers in general seem to be more technology conservative when it comes to IP law? Why the non-standardized and not documented CCI flags? Why the push back against eSATA? Why not off network Contour 2 viewing? Is it money? Slow R&D? Weak legal department?
