I figured I would ask this question since it has normally always been a problem.
I have Cox Business Internet 30 at my home address. There are various reasons for having this over the Residential Internet service which can be bundled with my TV Service.
Is there a way to "whitelist" my IP range (the 5 IPs are sequential) so that I may have full access to the Contour 2 app on iOS and/or use the Watch TV Online features on the Cox web site when I am at home?
Would the CHSI Feature Pack addition to my account resolve my issues?
