So noticed my bill was higher t hen usual this month. Called them up and not only did my 20% savings end but the price from 48$ to 64$. This is after a 3-4 month fight between Cox, FCC and people who I know work at Cox just to get my internet to work. During that i received a 20$ for 4 months of severe packet loss and T3's. Ended up being a ingress problem down the street. I never got a apology, or any additional credit, and now I learn my bill went is going up.
Anyone know what the best retention deal is in RI for data only? Comparing with FIOS. Think it might be time to finally jump ship.
