I do business with a coffee retailer that I am unable to correspond with via my *****@exede.net account when using cox exede or verizon.
(I have 3 different ISP accounts here)
Not a sometime anomaly but ongoing & consistent for a long time.
Mac Mail client exclusively.
I need to use any one of the other outgoing addresses I have such as yahoo gmail etc.
Not sure what needs to be done to correct.
I primarily use my @exede.net account on cox for my business correspondence and the coffee business is the only one that bounces back.
Here is a sample of what I get back:
