Hey everyone! I just had Cox HSI installed yesterday into my home. Currently using a SB6183, my question is that I signed up for a 200/20 service but have yet to see anything past 180 down. It goes into the 190's but it drops right away to 180. I am wondering if I am capped at 180? The install tech told me it is normal for it to be 20 below. I am new to the cable scene and just canceled Uverse today.
