I have had slow speeds for about. A year now. They have already done a lot just short of a full node split from that I understand. I called again Sunday and the tech came out yesterday. He hook up his meter and ran a throughput test. It showed fluctuations in the download side, also confirmed it from the pole. He said he was looking for throughout to be about 200, maybe even 170 but that it shouldn't bounce around too much. He was getting anywhere between 180 to 50 download side. Upload side was a constant 36.5. Idk if it was testing for both sides or not. He couldn't fix the issue but said maintenance would roll a truck out winthin a day or so. I've never had a issue like this. Signal at the modem are power down of less then -1 to+1 to all channels with 40 SNR. Upload is just a constant 45. What are some things that could cause this?
