Hello to all! I am here to see if anybody can help me with some issues I am experiencing with my Internet Service. I just noticed these issues yesterday approx. 3pm Arizona Time. My upload is extremely low while as my download is fine (sort of) Download is clocking out at 200Mbps or 320Mbps if I keep trying and my Upload is clocking out at 1Mbps - 4Mbps. I have ran speed tests on Ookla, Cox's Speed 101 Test, and DSLReports. All come back as showing the Download somewhat fine but my upload ranges from 4-10Mbps. I have power cycled, swapped ethernet cords, restarted computer, tried different computer, Factory Reset Router. Finally I called Tech Support and the rep told me he was having trouble seeing my router online and asked if it was plugged in, told him yes. He transfers me to Tier 2 and he's having a hard time seeing my router as well and trying anything he can to see it, finally it shows and he said it all looks healthy and signals are fine and asked what I've done so far and he does some digging and found something going on with Data System Backup was having issues or something like that can't really remember what he called it but it was Data System. Anyways he told me wait 24 hours and to call back, well I did wait and still issues persists. Anybody maybe shine some light here and could it possibly be in my area only? Thanks.
