Any recommendations on how to fix this?
Equipment:
Motorola SB6121
Netgear WNR3500L (have also tested with bypassed router and had identical results)
No splitters on cable line.
10/100/1000 wired connection to router.
Service:
Phoenix, AZ (85018)
Cox High Speed Internet Preferred
