Have a strange issue. When I plug a router into my cable modem I begin losing packets. The packet loss occurs between the router and modem, but not the computer and router. I at first thought it was a bad router so I bought a new one and re-cabled everything. But the issue still remains. Called COX and they said everything is good with the modem. Everything is hardwired, no wireless. Anyone else seen an issue like this?
Here is a ping capture which shows the losses.
