I recently got a letter back from Cox because I complained to the FCC about their data caps.
In the letter Cox states "As internet usage is currently doubling every two years....". Since they are aware of this, and wrote this in a letter copied to the FCC, does that mean they are holding themselves to at least doubling the cap every two years?
Could they possibly be held to their own standard by the FCC, or is this just considered " marketing speech"
Do these complaints even help us? Who here has sent one to the FCC as well?
