I asked this in my last thread, but I think it got lost in the shuffle. My grandmother is moving to RI and has 1 HD TV and 2 SD TV's. I am trying to think of the best/cheapest way to get cable and internet service. I am thinking of doing a data and Mini box self install, along with a pro install for the HD TV to install a new outlet. A couple questions;
1. How many mini boxes does Cox give out in RI? Online add says 1-2. What are the conditions of getting 1 vs 2?
2. Does also getting advanced TV (HD receiver) negate the ability to get the mini box deal?
3. Are there any channels in RI that won't come on the Mini box that will come on the HD receiver? Getting basic/expanded.
