I have been experiencing slow speeds since June 1st, 2015. I'm on the 50Mbps plan and most of the time I'm getting speeds closer to 1Mbps. Earlier in the week I contacted support a couple times and both times they said there was an outage in my area and to just sit tight. I contacted them again today (June 4th) and they said the outage was resolved on June 1st and there wasn't an ongoing issue. This is odd because another support person I contacted on June 2nd said the issue was still ongoing at that time. Here is what I'm seeing in the logs on my SB6141 modem:
Jun 04 2015 21:28:05 6-Notice N/A MDD Recovery following MDD Loss;CM-MAC=xxxx;CMTS-MAC=xxxx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;Jun 04 2015 21:27:28 5-Warning T202.0 Lost MDD Timeout;CM-MAC=xxxx;CMTS-MAC=xxxx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;Jun 04 2015 21:27:28 5-Warning N/A DS Partial Service Fallback: MDD Lost-> CM in DOCSIS 3.0 Recovery Mode ;CM-MAC=xxxx;CMTS-MAC=xxxx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
I have replaced the MAC addresses with 'xxxx'. A similar pattern of log messages shows up every few minutes. Here are the signal levels:

Is anyone else having similar issues? Should I schedule a service call? I'm suspecting that there is still an issue on Cox's end because these issues started at the same time there was an outage in my area and they haven't yet been resolved.
