Hi I'm currently getting very inconsistent download speeds and erratic ping times. I've had a tech come out I believe the 24th of Feb, wrong type of tech was sent out to my house and I called the support line a few days later and now on March 1st the problem still exists. Here is some info, thanks!
Modem: Cisco DPQ3212
Router: NETGEAR Nighthawk R7000
Tier: Ultimate
Tech that came out added a filter to our coaxial cable to the modem.

No tweaks.
Wired connection.
No difference between router or no router.
Phone service seems fine.
It seems like around or after 7:30PM central the service gets incredibly inconsistent.
