Internet is very slow at times.
are you connected wired or wireless?
Tests are run from both connections, but usually wired Cat5e.
have you tested speeds bypassing router?
My speed test history has both direct CM connections and through switches and firewalls. See comments for each individual speed test.
are other services such as phone or tv affected?
Internet is only service.
need the MAC address of your modem while not at home? Go to the Cox home page for your area (»www.cox.net and enter your zip), my account, internet tools, manage computers
Not sure i want to post my MAC address in a public forum especially the Firmware may be vulnerable or someone else may try to use my MAC and mess things up even more.
