Hello,
My Cox HSI goes offline each morning around 3:30 AM and returns approximately 8:45 AM. Modem behaves as if I unplugged the cable. I have TV during this time, but all of the HD channels are gone and many of the channels are snowy.
This has been happening for the past 5 days like clockwork. Is it possible the cold weather can affect the lines if there is a loose connection somewhere?
