For about 2 months now I've been getting packet loss across all hops in the 10-20% range. I've had 2 contractors working for cox and an in house tech come. So far the issue had yet to be resolved. Was sent to tier 2 where I was told a line truck would be sent to check issues at the pole. They sent a contractor instead. He came in said he couldn't do anything, that a line truck would have to come out. This is the 3rd time I've had issues like this. All other times it was someone down the street stealing cable. I've about had it with Cox.
