My normally-steady Cox connection has started flapping all over the place. Speeds and performance are fine when it's up, but I'm picking up T3 timeouts and dropping the connection for anywhere from 30 seconds (if the modem can fix itself) to a few minutes (when I reboot the modem, it comes back fine). The interface page at 192.168.100.1 never goes down unless I hard cycle the modem. Anyone else seeing this? Curious if Cox is having trouble or if it's my modem.
Cable modem: Motorola SB6120
Router: pfSense box

Splitters: Absolutely none, the cable modem is the only thing plugged into the line. When I had Cox relocate the cable line they had to throw an attenuator on it.
