It's looking like Cox is progressing right along with their IPv6 rollout. After an unannounced 6 hour "planned maintenance" outage in Phoenix early November 18th, my firewall's outside interface has been receiving IPv6 ICMP Type=134 Code=0 (Neighbor Discovery [RFC 4861]) packets passed to it from the upstream Cox node. A quick call to Cox support "unofficially" confirmed they are targeting a Q2 2015 implementation for the Phoenix market. Dual-stack too - the only way to go. Now if I could only get on their early/beta deployment schedule.... Woohoo!!!
