Cox has stopped negotiating with me after all these years and refuses to give me a better deal than than $50 for anything higher than essential.
Not paying $600+ a year for just broadband, that's insane.
So going to switch to Uverse for a few months and then come back as new customer with cox so they treat me better.
Does anyone know how long you have to wait?
If Uverse can actually delivery 18mbps I may just stick with it, but I've read it is not consistent. Still should be faster than 5mbps.
