This has gone on for several months now. Getting worse. Before it was 20%, now up to 50%.
It's the Cox Atlanta region 68.99.123.4:
Cox Communications Inc. COX-ATLANTA-2 (NET-68-96-0-0-1) 68.96.0.0 - 68.111.255.255
Cox Communications Inc. NETBLK-AT-INT-68-99-123-0 (NET-68-99-123-0-1) 68.99.123.0 - 68.99.123.255
I can ping Google, Pingplotter and others and as long as it doesn't go through 68.99.123.4 it is 0% loss.
Suggestions beside calling Tier 1 and being told to power cycle the modem?
Thanks
Fritz
