[NV] When Should I Worry About Uncorrectables?

I got a Motorola/Arris SB6183 a few days ago. I'm currently showing some Uncorrectables on its Status page. When should I start worrying about these? Are they normal happenings? Or, should I contact Cox/Motorola/Arris? EDIT: I guess I should provide some indication of uptime so the error numbers have some meaning. According to the Product Information tab for the modem, it's been up for 1 day 18 hours. Oddly, the Event Log implies it's been up for 5 days (unless the log is non-volatile for this device).
