If I sign up for a TV package, will Cox give discount after 6 month

I'm looking at the TV Economy package. To add it to my current package, it is $24.99/month for 6 months and then $38.99 regular price. I am wondering if Cox would be likely to do another discounted price (perhaps $29.99) after the 6 months or if they are very strict on discounts for current customers. I have the Internet Ultimate. If I get the TV, I plan to use a CableCard.
