Hi,
I'm curious as to if the levels to my modem are sufficient? In addition, I'm curious if I have the newest firmware? I'm excited because they ran 2 new R2 drops' to my house today. (one residential, one business) I'm also curious if the techs on the forum can check the digital cable boxes as well.

I have performed some tweaks.
I have tested before the router as well.
Home configuration:
5tvs: 3 trio whole home system, 2 analog
3 phone lines: 2 residential, 1 business
internet 2 emta: 1emta modem listed above services the residential phone lines.
1emta serves the business line.
feed: 2 R2 drops one for the residential one for the business.
We have an amp installed.
The whole home has been refreshed with R6 cables and new connection of all lines.
The modem is behind 1 spliter.
If the power goes down for more than 8 hours I will lose a dail tone with an emta correct? If the tech had left the gray box mounted outside the home would I have lost a dail tone ever in the event of a blackout? A small scale blackout affecting just my neighborhood hypothetically speaking.
I can provide more information if needed and pictures.
Thank You for your time.
