Since 12:05 am CST on Friday, July 11, 2014 I have been without internet service, and many cable channels are out as well, it is now 2:30 am CST. When I call my local tech support number 225-615-1000 I get a fast busy with my land line and a hang up on my cell, when I call the toll free number on my bill 1-866-342-5269 I get a fast busy no matter how I call, the "live chat" service (a joke really) has a message stating that they are busy.
Judging by other posts in their internet support forum, this is going on across several states, there is NO prerecorded message to be had on the phone, there is NO "service status" on their website, and if there is, it sure isn't easy to find, and now I can't even access the support forums, wouldn't want any more embarrassing information getting out, right?
If I wanted to be used as a toilet I'd get into an S&M relationship.
