I'm trying to help a friend out with some really annoying problems her Cox connection is giving her. She pays for the 50Mbps tier but receives at best, 20Mbps.
The signal levels look fine and the only real broadband option in this apartment complex is Cox, so I think maybe something is overloaded.
Is there any way someone can check on this?
I know people from Cox *used* to monitor these parts... Lol...
