Looks like cox is twisting more screws to squeeze even more profit beyond mass layoff and semi-annual price hikes.
After being with cox for over a decade I am used to having to call to get my "loyalty" (aka retention) discount periodically.
Now they won't give me a discount anymore. They claim they can now only go by what the computer tells them they can do and offered me only $5 off full rate.
Anyone else running into this recently?
It is probably time to move on from them when they treat long term customers like this. I've given them a small fortune over the past decade.
