OK. I've been testing off and on for days at different sites. My upload is always seemingly low for what I should be getting. I just tested from BryanInPhx's link posted in another thread, and the results were as follows.
Last Result:
Download Speed: 20340 kbps (2542.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

I am also running an ongoing speed test from testmy. net, up and down every 2 hours for 5 hours.
Any ideas as to what I can do to get what I should be getting up and down? It's been too long a time since I had to monkey around with things like this, and while our speed is far faster than what it used to be with our past ISP, I really would like a faster upload as well and to get what I am payng for, or close to it.
Could my upload be affected by upload throttling? And what does the following mean?
Your speed had a 16% middle variance.

Age is a very high price to pay for my maturity. If I can't stay young, I can at least stay immature!
