Well for the third time Cox data meter is down again with no help in site, support knows nothing again except to tell me my usage, If they can do that why can't they keep the meter on there site working. I feel if caps are imposed they MUST have a reliable meter working so I can check anytime I choose. If they can't keep it working they need to find programmers who can, I as well as you pay a very high amount and even though they don't enforce the cap at this time some day they will and because THEY can not keep there meter working I will refuse there Cap.
