[NV] How creative are they ??

Hello folks, good morning. I live in an older section of Las Vegas, in a 4 home cul-de-sac. I moved here a year ago. For whatever reasons COX never installed service to these 4 homes and for obvious reasons are not interested in doing it now. The next cul-de-sac over, my back yard neighbors, have COX service. Of the 6 lots in that cul-de-sac the one that I share a wall with is a vacant lot. How willing or creative can COX be ? Do you think they can modify the cable box there on the street, then run a cable 30-50 yards ... dig under my fence and provide me with service ? I don't have much hope, but incredibly desperate for faster internet and more TV options. Thank you kindly, Anthony
