I like in an area where Cox is the main provider (Tulsa, OK), I recently have been trying to get Cox but have been said that it is not availible at my house, We live off a main street in the city, and our house is about 250ft from the road, where there is most likely a cox cable, since my friend down the street, farther out of the city can get cox, while living on a private property. I would be willing to pay the fees for cox to run a line, or check that there may already be a line at my address, since this Windstream DSL is making me go crazy. Does anyone know how i would be able to get in contact with higher up people in Cox that would be able to do more than the general Tech support people?
