I've got a SB5120 that keeps resetting itself. Sometimes, only the Online light starts flashing, but it also has all the lights go out, and basically resets. All my power levels seem fine, except the Upstream SNR, which I can't check. I've check all my connections from the drop to the modem, and nothing is out of the ordinary. Can't access the log when it is resetting, so everything showing in it, is no different than if I were to unplug, and plug back in the modem. I've got someone from Cox coming to check it out tomorrow. I'm worried they're just going to tell me I need a Docsis 3.0, but I see no reason my 5120, which has worked for about a year in the EXACT configuration it is in right now, and worked in other configurations in the past. Anything I can do/check before they come tomorrow to find the problem myself.
