We're 7 days into our period yet the Data Usage Meter is stuck on max with no bandwidth used showing up. 7 days in yet the meter is empty?
We're always sitting with well over a quarter (to a third) of bandwidth with only a few days left of the period. I've always said we should get some kind of credit for not using it all and especially not going over.
Have we got our wish?
As an aside, it's rare we can check it and not see their "...maintenance..." and "...check back in 24 hours..." messages. But sometimes even with that msg it appears accurate.
Now we don't know what is going on.
