Posted this on the Cox forums, but figured I'd post it here as well since I had a few more questions to ask in general.
For the past couple of days, My Internet (Preferred Tier) has been having sporadic outages for varying lengths of time. I've reviewed both signal levels and logs for the cable modem which I'll post below. Modem is a Motorola SB6121 running firmware SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.12-SCM00-NOSH

Best I can tell, my signal levels are fine. Downstream power is a little off, but should still be well within the realm of normal. I've checked the signal levels throughout different parts of the day and they all stay about the same.

I'm not sure if this is a problem on my end or if there is still some work being done in the area from a bigger outage that happened over the weekend. I'm just worried that if it is a problem on my end with the wiring or coax, then I may be outta luck since I live in an apartment. For giggles, I've tried the other three coax hookups in my apartment and the one I'm using is the best out of the three. I'm not sure how many splitters there are between the outside box and the modem. Is there anything else I can do on my end? Thanks.
