Are there ever any deals for CURRENT Cox customers? All of the deals I've read the terms for state that you must be a new Cox Customer but then it says that the promo price is only available for new SUBSCRIPTIONS to that tier.

Now it does state that the offer is available for new customers, but it doesn't say ONLY new customers -- then the prices goes on to say that it's only available for new subscriptions to that tier. So what I'm wondering is: can CURRENT customers take advantages of these deals?
For example:
If I stay with Premier for 6 months I'll have paid $443.94 to Cox ($73.99 * 6)
Now if I jump on deals (if I'm eligible for them..) I can get Ultimate for $86.99 for 3 months then jump BACK DOWN to Premier for $60.99 for 3 months which still equals $443.94 over a 6 month period.. but I would at least have enjoyed Ultimate for 3 months there. Is this possible? Are there other creative ways to save on my current tier without going under it?
