So, I had to cancel HBO (we were not watching it) and had one more question about a service I got, before I could ask her, she hung up on me, without even saying "thanks for choosing Cox" I don't know who she is, but, is this the new norm? Treat people like crap for dropping a service?
Be very thankful there's this monopoly status your company has, from our crappy picture with the new 6 tuner box, to this. I really think you could be doing better, no matter what the situation! Anything I can do?
For the record, HBO2W was showing no service, 3.2.2.0 code for over a week.
