I'd like to get the attention of any of the techs here, our boxes are reporting fine signal, however, 14 customers in my area are having this issue. Any way this can be escalated and fixed before Sunday? above is a picture and you'd be the judge if the boxes are receiving a good signal!
Phone & Internet seem to be working just fine.
