Just want to voice my displeasure with cox.. First, un-knowledgable rep, price quoted then given change of price once all info had been given(credit card also), refused price change and service, rude rep for informing him of my past great experience with centurylink only to be told "our team and service is better!" I' "How?" Rep "We just are!", informed the rep I did not want service no more because of the service given to me, find out today $30 fee charged on card! I have never been treated like this when I was with CL. Can't believe Cox gets away with treating non customers that way, no wonder they are among the worst in customer satisfaction.
