Is anyone else seeing this? Today, it seems like any connection to an EU endpoint from COX's network is resulting in massive packet loss. Below are some ping plots to various EU endpoints, all of which show huge drops COX end.
I also had a FIOS customer try to ping these and they have zero issues or packet loss.
