Hi All,
In Henderson, GV area. Have started to see Internet outage issues in past few days. Looking at my SB6120, I see the following power levels:
Downstream Bonding Channel Value
Channel ID 2 1 9 10
Frequency 843000000 Hz 837000000 Hz 861000000 Hz 867000000 Hz
Signal to Noise Ratio 37 dB 37 dB 37 dB 37 dB
Downstream Modulation QAM256 QAM256 QAM256 QAM256
Power Level
The Downstream Power Level reading is a snapshot taken at the time this page was requested. Please Reload/Refresh this Page for a new reading
1 dBmV 1 dBmV 0 dBmV 0 dBmV
Look at the downlink levels (rebooted a couple of times), and they stay fairly consistant. See the 0 dBmV value -- problem?
Thoughts, ideas? Should I try a different modem (I have a SB 6121 ready to deploy if needed) or should I call COX or is this normal?
