Just posting because it appears that from my research, some people think that Cox doesn't send emails out for tiny amounts of overage. The best part is that my billing cycle should restart midnight tonight.

I'm pretty sure I'm not one of those 1% of the 1%ers of bandwidth given a lot of this can come from Steam downloading several GB patches because game developers think we have infinite bandwidth and infinite internet reliability. Also it would be cool if Cox would average out the usage between say 2-3 months because of fluctuation and meter inaccuracy.
