I am experiencing very slow download speeds on Cox. At three different locations: my home, my office and coworker's house.
Download speeds are under 1Mbps and upload speeds are around 6Mpbs.
This is using Speedtest.net and the Bixby, OK server.
I got similar results with the BBR speed test.
Anyone else?
