There seems to be something wrong with the online authentication process used by Cox. I first experienced issues a couple months back when I tried to use my Cox ID to log in to the Turner Networks online access for the NCAA Basketball Tournament.
It comes up, allows me to log in to Cox, and then loops right back to the login page and it does this on multiple computers and multiple browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari tried)
It continues to do this with all Turner related video sites.
Cartoon Network Video, Adult Swim Gold, truTV 2Go, etc..
Only on video where provider authentication is required.
Turner support is adamant that the issue is with Cox.
Calling Cox on the phone about this has gone nowhere.
