[CA] Netgear CM1200 randomly loses downstream sync

Not sure what's happening here - but a couple times the past month, my Netgear CM1200 will randomly start to flash the downstream indicator, and my internet will go down entirely. After waiting 10 minutes or so, it doesn't fix itself - leading me to have to hard power cycle (or login to their admin page and reboot) - and then things start working correctly again. Checking the modem's status page (which hilariously says status: GOOD) and the event logs doesn't shed any light to me on what could be going on. I have attached the status page from when it was down. Also posted the entire logs (after I rebooted via admin) - it shows all logs before and after. You can see the events from today (August 24th). Any ideas would be appreciated. I would contact Cox, but my last few interactions with them have been frustrating from a technical standpoint. Thanks.
