Creating a new topic since it's a new date and problem, hope I'm not spamming.
Looks like there is a high probability that this same problem is hapenning again and that it is COX. It isn't as pronounced, but has the same symptoms. All connections are fine, except those to Activision services which are relatively slow and drop out briefly. It is only COX connections, other ISPs from the same locations with same hardware do not have problems.
Any others seeing this?
