I was thinking of upgrading from Cox Premiuer to Ultimate, but I was told over the phone that they would need to send a technician out to "make sure it works". And that alone was an extra $80. Is there any way I can do it myself, or have them waive the $80 technician fee?
And also, since Socal hasn't been upgraded with new speeds, once they do upgrade, will the pricing on the Ultimate tier go up as the speeds go up? Or will there be a whole new tier?
